Interested in renting or reserving space at Riparian Provision Co?

We have two options for renting our beautiful gathering space:

 

Space Reservation:

• Our most popular option for parties of 45 people or less.

• We will reserve one side of our store. Guests may access the entire store/bar, but you will also have your own space for set up and seating. 

• There is no rental fee or minimum tab for this option.

Private Store Rental:

• This means renting the entire space and closing the store to the public. 

• Our store can accommodate 88 people. 

• Rental fee is determined based on the day of the week and time:

Weekday (Mon-Thurs): before 5pm: $125 per hour;   

after 5pm: $200 per hour

Weekend (Fri-Sun): before 3pm: $150 per hour;          after 3pm: $250 per hour

• Rental fee is in the form of a bar-tab minimum. Beverage, snack, and retail purchases made during the event are applied to the minimum; gratuity is excluded. 

• Rental time must be from opening to the end of the event or from start of the event to store closing.

For example: we open at 12pm on Saturday so an event might be 12-2pm, but not 2-4pm. We close at 9pm so an event might be 5-9pm but not 5-8pm. We may open earlier or stay later for an event with enough notice.
